Being one of twelve children — four biological and eight adopted — means there is never a dull moment at home! Louise is also an accomplished vocalist and pianist.

If Louise is the face of the team, Matt is the heart: he manages all of the websites, listing marketing, lead generation, database management and follow up, and all of the business finances.
